Our yoga classes are specialized to accommodate various levels, including private yoga sessions for first responders, corporate wellness programs, juice bar promotions, wedding parties, church/youth groups, company picnics, and seniors or those with limited mobility. We also offer chair yoga and online classes!
Yoga for Athletes: Intense Stretching
Reduce the risk of injury, increase flexibility, expand lung capacity, and enhance balance! Learn breathwork, meditation, cooling and calming techniques, as well as self-regulation and relaxation strategies to boost your performance.
Originally from New Orleans and raised in Albuquerque, NM, my journey with yoga began over 20 years ago. It wasn’t until moving to California, that my family encouraged me to complete the 200-hour RYT training with Balanced Rock Foundation.
Although teaching yoga is my favorite side gig, I am currently a Federal Loan Officer serving the people of the U.S. by helping small businesses start, grow, and be resilient. Yoga fulfills my desire to help others realize its overall health benefits and I am committed to sharing yoga with underserved communities, and ALL people.
On the weekends I can be found soaking up the sun somewhere in the great outdoors with my family. We enjoy beach and mountain trips, long walks along the river and trails, or just a beautiful day spent laughing, observing nature, playing with pets/animals, or sharing a good meal.
